This Bath Pulls Toxins Out of Your Body, Improves Muscle and Nerve Functions, Reduces Inflammation and Improves Blood Flow


Since ancient times, various cultures have used Epsom salts, due to its different beneficial properties, for body detox treatment, in gardening, and household cleaning.



These salts are inexpensive and can be easily found everywhere. Using Epsom salt baths is an advanced detoxification strategy that has extraordinary health benefits.

  • Children under 60 lbs: Add ½ cup of salts to a standard size bath.
  • People between 60 – 100 lbs: Add 1 cup of salts to a standard size bath.
  • People between 100 – 150 lbs: Add 1 ½ cup of salts to a standard size bath.
  • People between 150 – 200 lbs: Add 2 cups of salts to a standard size bath,
  • For every 50 lbs larger, you should add ½ cup of salts more.

Additional tips:

In order to boost the antioxidants benefits of the bath, add ½ cup of olive oil, which is beneficial for the skin and contains polyphenols. You can also add some ginger or cayenne powder to boost the heat levels and sweat out more toxins.
