Prepare the onions by getting rid of the

Cut the onions into quarters.

Put the three liters of water in a pot.

Add the onions in the pot.

Let the water boil until half of it (1.5 liters)
evaporates.

Let the water cool.

Strain the onions.
You now have an onion
tea. For better taste, you can add a spoonful of honey and juice from half a lemon.
Make sure you consume 250 mL of the tea twice
a day. The next day, your coughing will either lessen or completely go

Another Recipe for Your Cough Featuring Onions
Here is another way to make tea for your persistent
cough. You will need:

Two onions

Two apples

11 walnuts
ü
Three liters of water
To prepare the tea, follow the steps below:

Remove the onion’s mustache.
2.
Cut the onion into four pieces
3.
Wash the apples.
4.
Cut them into four pieces as well.

After washing the walnuts, crush them.

Ready a pot with the three liters of water.
7.
Add the ingredients over the water.

Let the water boil, but don’t turn off the heat
until half of the water disappears.

Allow the water to cool down.

to remove the other ingredients.
Just like the first tea recipe, drink 250 mL of this tea twice a day. You can sweeten it by adding
lemon and honey.
